Q: Why do I need to verify my email address?
A: We need to ensure that it is actually you signing up for an account and someone is not using your email address maliciously. This is standard online GDPR practice.

Q: I've filled in the Registration Form but had no email?
A: Our Registration Process is fully automated and our system will immediately reply to the email address you used to register with. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your SPAM Folder in case it has been incorrectly stopped. If this has happened we recommend adding our domain name to your email White List.

Q: What is GDPR, what does it mean?
A: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the toughest privacy and security law in the world. For more information see the GDPR.EU website.

Q: Why can't I see prices without an account?
A: We really value our customers and feel it is only fair that the wholesale prices of goods is made available to genuine business customers only.

Q: What is the 'account approval process'?
A: When you sign up for an Account, we ask you to provide your business details. These will be checked to ensure that we only sell to bonafide bricks and mortar shops. We are sorry but we do not supply to customers who only sell online.
