Existing Customer - Account Setup Information

As an existing customer, we have migrated your details over from the old website and we have set up your account for you on our new site to make the transition as easy as possible for you.

However for security reasons we are unable to import over your existing password (as it is heavily encrypted), therefore you will need to create a password to use on the new website – we hope you understand this is for your protection and security.

Reset / Create Your Password...

Resetting your password is super easy, simply follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to our ‘Lost Password’ page HERE and enter the email address you previously used on our old website (we would have emailed you on that address).

  2. Click the Reset Password Button and a Password Reset Authentication Email will be sent to you (NB: Check your SPAM folder if you do not receive).

  3. Open up that email and click on the Reset Password button/link contained within  - NB: You only have 15 minutes to use the link!

  4. The link will take you back to the website where you will be invited to enter a new password for your your account - NB: if you would like use the same password as you did has before you can, although we would recommend using a new 'strong password'.

Once setup you can use your updated password to log in and view prices as well as access your account in the future. Should you wish to change your password at any time in the future, just follow the same steps above.

IMPORTANT: we DO NOT have access to your password, if you forget your password we are unable to recover it so please make sure you keep it safely and securely stored!
